Result: WET. This game was rained out but will be made up as part of a double-header on Friday (which I will be attending). I was really looking forward to the pitching matchup of Justin Duscherer vs Ryan Vogelsong. Duscherer the former Ranger has a 2-0 record on the season. He also has 0.79 ERA and was the PCL pitcher of the month. Duscherer made 2 career Major League starts with the Rangers and had a 1-1 record. He won his debut in July of 2001 and beat Baltimore while giving up 4 ER in 6.1 IP. In his next start he was rocked for 6 ER in 3 IP. He was traded during Spring Training 2002 to Oakland for Luis Vizcaino. Vizcaino is now a very good arm in the Brewers Bullpen. He got there when the Rangers traded him for Juan Pena, who was so bad, he is no longer in Rangers system. Hope to have some good info from the twinbill. Rumor is that A's #1 prospect Rich Harden may be coming off the DL and starting the nightcap.
